Cook up the daily catch on the BBQ or in the modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy your meals at the 14 seater dining table with views to the river or at the outdoor table and chairs beside the pool.

There are 3 bedrooms a bathroom and lounge room with TV on each level . All bedrooms and lounges have fans and some security screens.

There is plenty of room for cars and boats as the property is spread over 2.5 acres and 6 under cover carports for your use.

Tariffs:
Low Season: $1500.00 per week ( minimum 3 night stay @ $320 per night)
Mid Season: $1800.00 per week( minimum 7 nights)
High Season:$2300.00 per week ( minimum 7 nights)


Special Note:

A Security Bond Authorization Form will be sent out with deposit receipts that must be signed and returned before date of check-in. These forms will be held as a Security Deposit and will enable us to deduct up to $1000.00 for any additional cleaning, removal of excess rubbish, damage or undue wear and tear.
