Secluded from the street by trees offering shade and privacy, step outside the back door to enjoy the lush bush setting and the immediate feel of relaxation. The top storey balcony feel as if you are among the tree tops as you watch the birdlife shift in and out of the backyard.
Decked out with new furniture, fittings and amenities this home has now been fully refurbished and is ready for your relaxation.
Upon arrival our welcome pack includes some complimentary Nespresso type capsules so relax from that first cup of coffee.
Barefoot by the Beach provides option to keep in touch with the outside world via free wi-fi check emails, watch movies, connect to your favourite shows/apps via Telstra TV and also home phone provided*.
To accommodate your lifestyle choices we have provided multiple sleeping arragement options, with a King Bed in the main bedroom, and in the other 2 bedrooms, 2 long single beds which can be kept apart or alternatively pushed together to make up a King Bed. In the living area the couch can also be converted into a double bed if required .
Quality pillows as well as Turkish Cotton Waffle blankets resting over the Sealy Aquila mattress and base, ensure a luxurious and restful night's sleep.
When it comes to the Kitchen, there is heaps of new crockery and cutlery available, (so you don't have to wash up after every meal) and pots and pans are a Jamie Oliver set. They're great to cook with and easy to wash up.
The house has a detached lock up double garage, and also a separate entrance providing an undercover storage area for either your small boat/trailer or caravan.

Low season : $770.00 per week ( minimum 3 night bookings @ $205 per night)
Mid season: $1200.00 per week ( minimum 7 night bookings )
High season: $ 1650.00 per week ( minimum 7 night bookings)
A non refundable booking service fee of $35.00 applies to every booking.
Note: Every effort has been made to maintain the accuracy of these charges, however Burrum Heads Accommodation Centre reserves the right to correct changes and adjust the prices from time to time, and errors may occur. You will be advised of any adjustments to prices when a booking is confirmed. Rules may exist at different times, that dictate the minimum number of days for a particular rate to apply, or that require arrival on a particular day of the week with weekly bookings etc.
A Security Bond Authorization Form will be sent out with deposit receipts that must be signed and returned before date of check-in. These forms will be held as a Security Deposit and will enable us to deduct up to $500.00 for any additional cleaning, removal of excess rubbish, damage or undue wear and tear.
